Compensation:        $180,000.00 - $245,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

The AI Adoption Lead at OneStream plays a critical leadership role, combining AI focused Partner Enablement. Partner Advisement, and Customer Advisement to scale and enhance OneStream’s AI offerings. This role serves as a strategic advisor to partners and customers, ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, enablement, and growth of OneStream AI solutions. The position requires expertise in AI delivery, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Advise, support, and lead OneStream Partner AI Enablement and OneStream Partner AI Customer Implementations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them integrate AI solutions into their business processes to achieve strategic goals and ensure successful outcomes.  

• Design and advise AI enablement programs for partners, ensuring alignment with OneStream’s AI strategy and best practices.  

• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and provide tailored AI strategies and solutions.  

• Serve as an externally facing center of excellence for OneStream's AI offerings, focused on post and pre implementation Customer Success. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors at OneStream Partners and OneStream AI Customers.  

• Represent OneStream at events and thought leadership forums, showcasing expertise in OneStream AI solutions.  

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of OneStream’s AI offerings through feedback, innovation, and collaboration. 

 

Required Education and Experience

• 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• 7 years in software implementation and software customer advisory/delivery roles.  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.  

• Principal level proficiency in AI solution delivery and/or advisory. 

• Advanced level experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).  

• Advanced level skills in SQL, Python, and C# programming.  

• Principal level experience within corporate financial planning systems such as OneStream, SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, or equivalent experience. 

 

 

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in computer science, data science, related field, or equivalent level of relevant experience. 

• Management experience leading teams of dedicated consultants.

• Expert level communication skills. 

• Expert level problem-solving skills and the ability to develop tailored AI strategies.  

• Expert level delivery of impactful presentations to diverse audiences, including executives and partners.  

• Expert level leadership in managing technical and advisory teams.  

• Expert level ability to learn and advise on emerging technologies.  

• Commitment to maintaining OneStream’s high standard of partner and customer success.

• This role may involve guiding and managing a team focused on partner enablement and customer advisement. 

 

Travel (remove if not applicable)

• Regular travel is an important part of this role and a willingness to travel up to 50% of work time will be required.
