Agricultural Warehouse Worker

Location: Carno

Shifts: Rotating shifts (10:00am – 6:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Pay: £14 an hour

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting Agricultural Packing Operatives on behalf of a long-standing client based in Mid Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that has recently benefited from significant investment, including the introduction of state-of-the-art systems and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing agricultural products efficiently and to a high standard

• Sorting and quality-checking produce prior to packing

• Ensuring all products meet company and customer specifications

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the work area

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to work rotating shifts
