Agile Project Manager

As an Agile Project Manager you will be responsible for end to end delivery of all projects for one of our Services Squads. You will join in-flight projects and take on any new projects, working closely with clients to understand their portfolio of work and upcoming requirements. You will be working on exciting, large, complex projects related to our Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This is a role which will enable you to have a lot of autonomy, managing the squad's workload.

We’re location-flexible! This role is open to all candidates on the East Coast of Australia.

For this role, we ask that you can demonstrate:

• Understanding or experience delivering Agile projects or the application of Agile project methodologies within a digital setting
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and software
• Experience working with cross functional teams and managing competing priorities
• Ability to make commercial decisions that ensure both ROI for the business while also delivering value for clients
• Problem solving attitude and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship building skills
• Any experience with UX principals and tools would be highly beneficial

What you would do:

• Ensures a customer-centric mindset across the team, encouraging client interactions for best client outcomes
• Communicates to the team the overall vision of projects & success measures
• Creates an autonomous squad that works independently
• Ensures rapid removal of roadblocks, which decreases the time needed to achieve goals and scale up. Works closely with Tech Lead to have alignment of priorities
• Improves utilisation of squad members & all task within a sprint are allocated & achieved
• Regular client feedback throughout the project enables ongoing improvements and overall better client satisfaction & all stakeholders up to date
• Collaborates across squads to drive customer value
