You will focus on&nbsp;optimising&nbsp;bottlenecks, collaborating closely with quality teams, and proactively addressing issues to consistently meet targets while&nbsp;minimising&nbsp;downtime. Your role will be&nbsp;centred&nbsp;on driving efficiency across all core foundry operations.</span>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">Your constant presence will guarantee strict adherence to all safety and environmental regulations. Through proactive inspections, PPE enforcement, and immediate incident response, you will cultivate a zero-tolerance environment for hazards, prioritising the well-being of your team and preventing violations.</span>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">You will directly oversee and support your production team, including operators and maintenance.
