After-School Site Coordinator

DESCRIPTION:                                                 

Effective Employment Dates: 26-27 School Year (dates to be determined)

12 hours a week for 25 weeks

QUALIFICATIONS:                                         

Must have or be eligible for WV Professional Teaching Certificate; Proficient in written & verbal communications; Ability to communicate & work effectively with school administrators, school personnel, & parents; Demonstrates organization & management skills; Plan & execute all field trips.

RESPONSIBILITIES:                                      

In charge of all data; contacting parents; assisting with parent family engagements; lesson plans for classroom teachers; fill in for teachers when no sub is available; monthly newsletters digitally, printed, and distributed; collect all paperwork as needed; be in charge of obtaining substitutes and setting up the schedule for the teachers and facilitators; maintain data base of all students and emergency information; oversee dismissal (buses and/or parent pick-up); attend and assist all field trips; hand out incentives as needed; oversee the delivery of supper and snacks; oversee discipline and communicate with director and principal; other duties as assigned.

SALARY:             

$30.00 per hour.
