Warehouse Associate - Shipping

Job Requirement

Education:

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Work Experience:

Certified on or prior experience on a forklift.

Key Requirements:

Strong time management and follow up skills.
High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Understanding of math, written, and reading skills.

Job Duties

Must be able to read and understand a sales order.
Lifting 20-70lbs.
Ensuring all orders are filled, completed and accurate.
Ensuring all orders are shipped promptly and in a timely fashion.
Must be able to ship product through UPS machine, common carrier, and special delivery services.
Coordinating with freight forwarders and couriers for shipments.
Completing documents needed for international shipping and exports.
Work on “Ship today” orders.
Work on ship by due date orders.
Maintain goals set up for ISO.
Other duties as assigned.
