Mölnlycke is searching for a Paralegal in our Norcross Office
In this role you’ll be a trusted executive business partner bringing value to the legal team as the Executive Assistant to the Sr. Legal General Counsel and providing strategic executive support. Additionally, you’ll provide Corporate paralegal support, assisting the corporate legal department, & internal and external stakeholders.

- Trademark renewals
Key Accountabilities include:
- Assistant to Sr. Legal General Counsel, Wound Care
- Provide strategic executive support and service to the legal department
- Develop and maintain full trust relationship with Sr. Legal General Counsel Wound Care, Legal Team, and Wound Care Leadership Team on highly confidential information
- Invoicing
- Projects e.g., Legal intranet editorial resource
- Minute taking
- Continuous learning of digital tools to drive efficiency
- Managing litigation and project governance
- Issuing, maintaining and releasing legal holds
- Issuing internal NDAs and managing insider logs
- Managing stakeholders.
- Engaging with External counsel on a global scale.
- Supporting internal/external customers in:
- Business development related matters
- Treasury (KYC/UBO etc.)
- Manage notarization and legalisation of corporate documentation
- Coordination and sanity checking corporate documentation from a corporate governance perspective.
- Ownership and responsibility of the MAR logbook (the Market Abuse Regulation, MAR). (Executive Team/Board of Directors/ Deputy of the Board)
- IP: renewal of Global Trademark portfolio.
- Compliance: Project work including the Global Annual Governance Certification
- Quarterly Litigation reporting
- Annual Auditors letters – based on ongoing legal matters
- Owner of Corporate Governance system – Blika
- Paralegal support inhouse Legal Counsel, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers
- Liaising with our and ELT.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience of work within executive management
- Qualified Paralegal or strong previous experience working at a legal firm and/or corporate legal department
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
