EDDY VISITING NURSE & REHAB ASSOCIATION has a rewarding opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is already certified in OASIS and Coding and possesses a strong knowledge of homecare regulations and reimbursement to join our team as a Supervisor of Coding and OASIS.

What you will do:

• Primary responsibility is to complete OASIS Reviews, Coding for all payers and to maintain high quality outcomes for the organization.

• Position is exempt 40 hours per week

​What you will need:

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s degree or Clinical Doctorate of physical therapy degree
• Current NYS PT license and registration
• Certified in COS-C OASIS and Coding Certified.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience with supervisory experience preferred

Pay Range: $41.00 - $52.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
