Global Warehouse Manager

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global Warehouse Manager to oversee the storage, distribution, and logistics of our premium headphone products across multiple international warehouse locations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders to retailers, distributors, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

• Oversee global warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and storage practices.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems to maintain accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Team & Process Management:

• Manage relationship with third-party logistics warehouse operations teams across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to establish best in class operations
• Provide clear communication on process improvement initiatives to meet company goals and KPIs

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

• Maintain and analyze warehouse KPIs, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and shipping costs.
• Generate reports for management on warehouse performance, cost analysis, and operational improvements.
• Manage warehouse invoices for accuracy and on time payments

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably in consumer electronics or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and SAP by design, preferred.
• Experience working with international shipping, customs regulations, and 3PL providers.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple warehouse locations and oversee remote teams effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with lean warehousing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed to oversee warehouse operations.
