  JOB SUMMARY: The Recruiting Assistant (RA) will be main point of contact for the candidate during recruitment and onboarding. The RA will ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and new hires.   JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   1. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that all parties are aligned on timing and logistics.
o Review and interpret calendar availability; coordinate interviews based on availability.
o Ensure all materials needed for the interview are sent to the candidate before the interview
2. Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, including managing candidate communications about their status, interview details and next steps, in order to ensure a positive candidate experience.
3. Ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) is accurate and always contains up-to-date information for each candidate profile during all stages of the interview/ hiring process.
o May assist with req creation & req approval process
o Close req and transfer new hire data to HRIS after hire/before start date
4. Facilitate feedback and decision-making
o assist in collecting and organizing feedback from hiring managers after the interviews to help managers and Talent to make informed hiring decisions.
5. Prepare offer letters for review and approval by the Talent Acquisition Team
6. Serve as the main point of contact after an offer is made:
o Ensure new hires complete all onboarding paperwork and activities.
o Order background screens and conduct reference checks
o Coordinate with IT regarding laptop deployment and set up meetings
7. May run reports from the ATS related to the recruitment function.
8. Collaborate, coordinate and communicate across departments.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
10. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
11. Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data, this role is considered to be a high-risk role.

The incumbent works under direct supervision to complete job responsibilities. Typically applies talent acquisition assistant skills to routine duties and tasks and may apply complex administrative/talent acquisition knowledge gained through experience. The incumbent resolves varied issues and refers more complex issues to higher levels   COMPENSATION 
The salary range for this position is $24 to $28 per hour. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):   * Minimum Bachelor's degree; or HS Diploma plus 4 years of related experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Recruiting Assistant
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices and basic Talent principles; HR Certification Preferred
* Proficiency with:
o Applicant tracking systems (ATS)
o Zoom, Teams
o MS office, including Outlook, Word, Excel
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking on the phone
* Positive demeanor while working under pressure
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone     BENEFITS
