Food Service/Culinary Team Members

Available Positions:

• Waiter/Waitress - The individuals hired for this role will wait on residents, take resident orders, and clear tables when complete. Additional duties for servers may include setting up salad bar, seating clients for dinner, and setting up soup stations.  These individuals must have excellent communication skills in order to provide world class service to the residents. 


• Culinary Aides - The individuals hired for this role will work on the healthcare side of the position. Duties of this position may include setting up the dining room for residents, setting up the kitchen for lunch/dinner, taking orders from aides and nurses and filling the meal orders of the residents. This position may assist in getting drinks for the residents. This position is also responsible for cleaning up the dining room, cleaning up the kitchen which includes helping with dishes, and restocking the kitchen for the next meal. * Full and part time opportunities exist for this opportunity.


• Utility Kitchen Aides - The individuals hired for this role are responsible for the general cleaning of the kitchen. The duties of this position include washing all dirty dishes and pots, mopping the floors of the kitchen and dining areas, taking and retrieving food carts from satellite kitchens, and assisting the dining room manager with any other duties that may need to be done (ie. muffin pan out, or salad prep). Part time positions available but we will consider full time for the right person.

Requirements:

• Prior food service for all positions is preferred but not required. 
• All positions required lifting between 5-50 pounds on a frequent basis. 
• Individuals must have good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Weekends and some holidays are required.

Salary:

• $15.13 p/h
• Work Schedule: Several available shifts
