About the role
The Human Resources team ensures that every aspect of the employee experience from recruiting to on-boarding, performance and leadership development, culture and inclusion is supported in line with our Leadership Principles by our team and workforce systems and operations.
Who You Are: The Compensation Analyst participates in the design, administration and ongoing management of ourglobal compensation programs including base pay, variable pay, and equity compensation. They willanalyze and maintain compensation programs to ensure alignment with our compensation philosophyand compliance with laws and company policies. The Compensation Analyst may collaborate crossfunctionally with (but not limited to): Human Resources, Legal, management, and/or Finance to preparereports, complete analyses, and communicate pay related information.

Your Next Challenge:
- Research and analyze base pay and variable pay data from various sources to benchmark jobs and ensure alignment with compensation philosophy.
- Assess job duties and responsibilities to determine appropriate job levels, job classifications, and base pay ranges.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay structures, merit increase programs, and incentive plans.
- Prepare and analyze reports on compensation trends, program effectiveness (base pay, short term incentive, equity, merit, etc.), and compliance.
- Support compliance initiatives by monitoring new and ongoing requirements, participating in required analyses, filings, etc.
- Act as a point of contact to clarify compensation policies and answer employee questions regarding compensation programs.
- Participate in the administration of equity including the use of an equity administration system.
- Maintain compensation data accuracy in HR systems and compensation tools.
- Other duties as required.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Four (4) years of additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree (seven (7) total years of relevant experience).
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources including Compensation is required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sales compensation preferred.
- Experience in equity compensation including preferred.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g. Workday) preferred.
- Experience with equity administration tool (e.g. E*TRADE) preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
