In this role, you'll get to:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to enhance margins and ensure supply stability across Key Accounts and local suppliers.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with accounts, including, customer service, marketing, and reporting inquiries, identity and implement growth opportunities, and coordinate with Marketing on launching strategic opportunities based on data forecast and analysis.
- Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers based on capabilities, financial health, and service quality.
- Negotiate commercial terms, secure competitive pricing, and co-create marketing campaigns using data insights.
- Negotiate contract renewals improving contribution margins and delivering improved economics and profitable revenue that contributes to the company GMVs growth.
- Monitor supplier performance (KPIs, SLAs) and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Integrate Key Account and local supplier networks to maximize competitiveness.
- Conduct market research on user behaviour, digital trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to headquarters to support product localization and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch resources, campaigns, and systems effectively.
- Support training, campaign execution, and resolve escalated service issues with improvement plans.
- Present performance metrics and market trends to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to different cultural contexts and navigate potential misunderstandings with empathy and patience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
