We provide systems engineering, integration, and advanced technology services to transform the future safety, security, and resiliency of critical missions on the ground, in the air, in space, and in the information systems that connect these domains.</p> <p><a href="https://www.ensco.com/" target="_blank">Learn more about ENSCO.</a></p> <hr> <h3><strong>Position Description</strong></h3></div><p data-start="0" data-end="837">ENSCO's Applied Technology and Engineering (ATE) Division designs, develops, manufactures, and supports advanced technology inspection systems for national and international railway markets.<br data-start="212" data-end="215">We are currently seeking a Junior Technician for our ATIP maintenance group which supports a variety of railroad transportation activities to maintain and ensure safe rail systems for the Federal Railroad Administration and railroad companies.<br data-start="458" data-end="461">The incumbent will perform scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repair of diesel engines, electrical generators, brake systems, drive systems, inspection system instrumentation, electrical subsystems, and other railcar appliances. Occasional assignments conducting railroad track inspection operations may be performed. Update and maintain record keeping of performed work.</p> <p data-start="839" data-end="1539">Job Responsibilities Include:<br data-start="868" data-end="871">· Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs of rail vehicle and sub-systems (Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and optical systems)<br data-start="1033" data-end="1036">· Complete installations and upgrades, inspections, repairs, and calibrations of measurement systems<br data-start="1136" data-end="1139">· Coordination with design engineering for failure analysis, root cause analysis and product improvement and new system installations<br data-start="1272" data-end="1275">· Analysis and repair of mechanical, electrical, sub-systems, and components<br data-start="1351" data-end="1354">· Communication with work group, report on action taken during work evolutions, complete technical reports<br data-start="1460" data-end="1463">Use and update drawings and diagrams used in repairs and building systems.</p> <p data-start="1541" data-end="250
