As a Senior AV Technician, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of setting up and tearing down audio visual equipment for meetings in conference rooms throughout the campus and conference center. You’ll bring strong customer service skills to support and facilitate internal associate, executive, and client meetings that may require the AV Tech to be present and to stay for the duration of a meeting. You will also troubleshoot and repair equipment and AV system components as necessary. This is an onsite role at our Greenwood Village, CO location.
What you will do
- Setting up AV equipment per EMS application to include, but not limited to, laptop and resident PC projection systems, teleconferencing resources , video conferencing resources and supplying assistance for guest Wi-Fi to clients. Create and update information on how to operate system controls as well as document standard operating procedures for training purposes.
- Assisting senior executives during annual company meetings with all audio visual needs including but not limited to, audio, videoconferencing, troubleshooting company issued equipment, etc..
- Partner with internal IT department personnel and outside vendors to develop and implement plans for outdated AV equipment company wide based on technology roadmaps. Establish outside resources for equipment and freelance personnel when additional expertise and specialized equipment is requested.
- Recommend and manage large scale implementation projects from the proposal stage to completion.
- Configure PowerPoint presentations for proper aspect ratio and font display.
What you will bring
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in event production, educational, hotel or TV studio environment.
- Associate’s degree or an additional two years of directly-related work experience
- Ability to work onsite at our Greenwood Village, CO offices
What will set you apart
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certificate preferred but not mandatory.
- In depth knowledge of integrated AV systems including Crestron controllers, Extron switchers, Polycom, LED/LCD displays, video projectors, audio mixing consoles and PA systems.
- Proficiency with current PC and Mac OS platforms.

Base Salary Range
$74,300.00 - $104,975.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary
