YOUR TASKS

 

• Service of long-term / key customers
• Working in systems and updating statuses
• Handling of road transport documentation
• Ensuring the execution of orders in compliance with the customer’s needs and company standards
• Ongoing contact with other DSV departments and subcontractors abroad
• Service control for customer

OUR EXPECTATIONS

 

• Very good knowledge of Polish and English language
• Experience in practical using the Office package (in particular Outlook and Excel)
•  Ability to cooperate effectively with others
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and to organize your working time well  
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in transport, forwarding or similar
