Will be required to work a minimum of 16 hours on the weekend per month (can be split into two full days of 8 hours or amongst all the weekends available in a month).

 

 

How you’ll contribute 

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, who excels in this role:

• Implements treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities. Seeks
  consultation as necessary.

• Monitors patient's responses to the treatment plan. Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist.
  Documents services provided and patient response/progress.

• Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.

• Assists with patient discharge planning. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and community support programs.

What we’re looking for 

• Associate’s degree Required; Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required

• Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of CA

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
   

Salary range: $28-$50/hour
