The Role

As Product Owner for our Data Management Solutions, you’ll bridge strategy and execution. Working closely with Product Management, you’ll translate vision into actionable roadmaps and ensure delivery of solutions that help our customers manage, integrate, and unlock the power of data. Speaking of product, you will focus on Connectivity Studio and EDI Studio—STAEDEAN’s core data integration platforms for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM. This includes leading product direction for cloud-based integrations using Azure tools, APIs, and EDI frameworks that connect enterprise systems, suppliers, and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Translate the product vision into clear priorities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer — understanding pain points and ensuring solutions deliver real value.
• Collaborate with Product Management to shape the roadmap and identify opportunities for innovation, particularly in data and AI.
• Communicate direction and progress clearly to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
• Shape and evolve integration capabilities using Microsoft Azure tools such as Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Link, and API Management, aligning with modern cloud and data architecture best practices.
• Aligning with industry EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12, AS2, FTP/SFTP) and ensuring seamless interoperability with other integration capabilities of STAEDEAN like Connectivity Studio

Responsibilities

• Backlog Leadership: Own and maintain the product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring clarity for development teams.
• Delivery Oversight: Partner with engineering to ensure integrations comply with performance, security, and data governance standards in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure environments.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with integration architects, partners, and enterprise customers to understand data flow, middleware usage, and third-party system connectivity.
• AI & Data Focus: Drive the use of AI/ML technologies and modern data practices (integration, quality, security) to enhance product offerings.
• Enablement & Adoption: Support testing, release notes, documentation, and training to ensure smooth adoption by internal teams and customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Customer Operations to create a seamless product experience from concept to delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospectives and foster a culture of learning, innovation, and operational excellence.

What You Bring (Top 5 Skills & Experience)

• ERP & Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge – Solid background with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&SCM or Business Central) or similar ERP systems.
• Integration & Cloud Expertise. Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Data Factory) or equivalent tools, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based integrations (XML, JSON, CSV).
• Product Ownership Skills – Proven ability to manage backlogs, define user stories, and deliver value in Agile/SAFe environments (PO/CSPO certification preferred).
• Stakeholder & Customer Engagement – Strong communication and presentation skills, able to represent the product internally and externally, and gather actionable insights.
• Collaboration & Leadership – A team player with facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills, thriving in diverse, international environments.
