Position Summary
Alignment Healthcare is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in leading cross-functional initiatives. The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and member needs. This is a remote role within the U.S.
Job Responsibilities:
Plans and executes projects for multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Defines scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and business units.
Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
Monitors project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; identifies and mitigates risks and issues.
Ensures all project documentation is maintained and complies with internal and regulatory governance standards.
Leads change management activities, including impact assessments, training, and communications.
Evaluates completed projects to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
- Required: 3-5 years of experience working in Project Management
- Preferred: Project Management within Managed Care
- Must be able to work remotely, with availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
Education/Licensure:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or four years of additional experienc
