Job Description:

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, with rotating weekends and holidays off. Wages: $16.157hr, PLUS Differential of $3/hr <while working> brings it to $19.157/hr! Monthly commuter bonus of $200 for commutes of 30 miles or more. Conditions apply.

JOB DUTIES:

Clean member’s rooms, restrooms and facility offices to include walls, windows and ceilings. Remove laundry from living areas; may assist with delivery of clean linen and personals to resident’s rooms. Empty trash containers, carpet care including vacuuming, spot removal and shampooing and perform other floor cleaning duties: mop when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications: No specific education, training, or experience is required for entry to this class.

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Knowledge of facility standards of sanitation and cleaning procedures. Ability to: follow written and oral instructions; operate and maintain cleaning equipment, and mix cleaning solutions in proper proportions. Ability to operate heavy commercial cleaning equipment and to move/lift up to 75 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs.
