OVERVIEWWe're seeking an event marketer to join our high-energy events team on a part-time basis. Dive into the fast-paced world of software events, assisting in the execution of over 90 events annually. Hourly expectations are 20-30 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:
- Event Logistics: Assist in coordinating logistics for both domestic and international events. This includes handling conference materials, managing shipments, and more.
- Project Management: Join our collaborative team proficient in Asana and Slack. Learn to navigate Asana and contribute to event management tasks within our project management platform. Utilize these tools to effectively communicate with representatives and stakeholders.
- Sales & Booth Management: Attend events and aid in lead collection and management. Additionally, support in scheduling representatives at booths and managing booth schedules.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Events Marketing, B2B SaaS software experience a must
- Experience with Asana, SFCD, Google Suite, Hubspot
