Your Impact 

Axon is expanding into new markets and is growing our LTE/Coop program management team. This role will be responsible for processing SIM card orders from our suppliers, auditing/managing our LTE carrier portals and owning our Cooperative contract reporting and admin fee payments.

What You’ll Do 

Location: Hybrid, Scottsdale Arizona
Reports to: Manager of LTE Program
Direct Reports: 0 

• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for entry into Axon & partner company portals
• Review data for errors or deficiencies, correct any incompatibilities and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Generate reports and perform backup operations
• Activation and deactivation of in-market LTE devices
• Prepare reports and confirm data accuracy
• Work with external partners to manage cooperative contract reporting and admin fee requirements
• Administer and manage documents and forms related to procurement efforts

What You Bring

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• Must have a strong process flow & documentation skills
• Ability to multi-task with a variety of job duties
• Ability to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally to resolve issues
• Proven time management and multitasking skills
• Strong competency in Microsoft applications including, specifically Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to think analytically
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 48,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 72,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 52,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 81,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
