What will you do?

• Support in designated HR administration processes
• Participate in preparation of onboarding for new employees
• Help with the update of employee data and information keeping the employee file and documentation updated
• Assist with our global mobility program.
• Suppliers Management.
• Help in the management of smaller projects in Safety & Wellbeing
• Assist in training programs.
• Participate in internal communication topics

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in HR or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience with MS Office.
• Previous experience with HR systems will be plus (HiBob, Bamboo HR, Workday,…).
• Previous experience with suppliers management.
• Good organization skills.
• Ability to navigate the ambiguity.
• Capacity to adapt and willingness to learn
