We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to oversee and support the growth and operational efficiency of our business in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. This role will also be responsible for outbound marketing activities related to the development of innovative service products and solutions to meet the needs of our global customer base, including positioning and differentiation messaging, market intelligence, product launch plans, and sales enablement.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the messaging, positioning and execution of marketing initiatives that support the growth and success of our products in the market and will work closely with our regional partners on driving business performance in the EMEA region.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive new initiatives.
Key internal customers will include Service Product Management, Fleet Care, Service Engineering, the CS MI Management team, MI Business Line Sales and Marketing, CS MI regional sales and business management as well as key customers.
You are responsible for:
Representing the install base and act as the voice of the customer providing inputs on market needs to initiate the development cycle for new service products
Developing and implementation of profitable plans to position and promote CS MI products and service solutions, including go to market activities, sales enablement and messaging
Understanding the install base, customer needs and development cycle of new equipment to drive competitive and innovative service strategies for the current and future clinical products
Leveraging data analytics and collaborate with regional teams to improve market and competitive intelligence to support the development of market relevant service solutions
Managing and maintenance of service products throughout lifecycle, providing inputs for annual budget development
Developing and maintaining of key performance indicators for promoted ideas such as contract capture rate and OSAT.
Continuous improvement to innovation development process, including the Service Engineering Process
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
5-8 years of experience in marketing, product management, business management or innovation development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Solid analytical skills with ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions
Results driven with excellent follow-thru and detail orientation
Experience working cross functionally with comfort presenting to peers and management
General computer skills, solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Up to 10% travel if local to Knoxville, TN. 20% Travel if located near Hoffman Estates, IL office or remote.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Global experience in Healthcare Industry.
Experience in sales/marketing or product management.
Solid understanding of key financial indicators for business management.
Strong preference for this person to be based in Knoxville but open to considering strong candidates that could work from the Hoffman Estates, IL office or remote.
