Your team

This role is within the Financial Wellness business and will focus on providing education and guidance to employees of corporate clients in 1:1 and group settings across a broad range of financial topics, including but not limited to; budgeting, near and long term savings strategies, retirement plan contributions, creating financial roadmaps and building portfolios to align with specific client needs. To be successful in this role, candidates need to have a strong understanding of various financial topics with the ability to engage participants virtually, strong presentation skills, dive deep into specific areas and deliver clear and concise guidance to employees. They are expected to deliver a positive and engaging client experience to help employees get on the path to financial wellness; feeling, and becoming, financially healthy.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• strong passion for presenting to audience and recent financial services industry experience
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66 licenses (required)
• CFP® or interest in obtaining the CFP®
• client-focused
• an excellent listener with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a quick learner with a growth mindset
• someone who is driven and consistently challenges the status quo
• able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to think clearly in complex situations
• highly detail oriented and resourceful in leveraging resources to accomplish the task at hand

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $75000 to $100000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
