Wausau Tile is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Precast Terrazzo/Epoxy Cab-o-siler. This role is responsible for grouting epoxy products using epoxy-based materials. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:


Product Handling & Rock Loading:



Use hand pallet jacks or battery-operated lifts to move ground products to the Cab-o-sil racks.



Patching & Grouting:



Apply epoxy mix to fill imperfections in epoxy products, ensuring smooth, finished surfaces.
Unloading & Stagging:
Move cab-o-sil products to staging areas for stripping and polishing.
Clean-Up & Maintenance:
Perform routine clean-up and maintain tools and equipment after each batch.
Assist in other departmental tasks as needed.
