Classification Minimum Requirements:

Associate's degree or an allied health professional degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description:

Coordination of Protocol Subjects Educate and consent subjects per IRB-approved protocols. Coordinate protocol-related care, testing, and follow-up. Communicate with subjects, families, investigators, and healthcare teams. Attend research and investigator meetings. Maintain subject status in the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS).

Chart Review & Data Collection Collect clinical data with guidance from senior staff. Confirm subject eligibility and transcribe data into case report forms. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.

Compliance Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and protocol guidelines. Collaborate with monitors, sponsors, and IRB staff. Submit required reports and documentation to IRB and sponsors. Support fiscal audits and billing compliance. Assist with audit preparation.

Laboratory Coordination Oversee sample collection, processing, storage, and shipment. Ensure compliance with safety and shipping regulations.

Expected Salary:

$43,000 - $47,000

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree or an allied health professional degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree. Familiarity with HIPAA and IRB regulations. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
