Job Summary:
- The Director of Clinic Operations role is part of the Clinic Services Administration team that supports ETS’ mission through effective operational management and administrative leadership across all clinic sites and programs.
- This role makes a critical difference at ETS by ensuring that clinics run efficiently, fostering interdepartmental collaboration, managing fleet operations, and supporting program development and expansion to meet operational and participant needs.
- The position is full-time onsite, and the days and hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility as required to meet operational demands.
What you contribute to this role – Responsibilities:
- Help ETS succeed in carrying out our mission through working together with other staff to transform systems of harm and inequity to create different approaches to improving community health and safety through addressing substance use and homelessness.
- Assist with the organization-wide initiative to reimagine our interconnectedness within our community to overcome the aspects of our society and organizational culture shaped by white supremacy and settler colonialism.
Operational Leadership & Oversight
- o Provide administrative leadership to Clinic and Program Managers, ensuring all clinics/programs operate smoothly and effectively.
- Oversee non-clinical aspects of service delivery, ensuring that facilities, staffing, and resources meet operational needs.
- Develop and implement operational processes that support efficient service delivery, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.
- Ensure clinics have the resources and infrastructure required to meet the needs of participants and staff, while maintaining a person-centered approach.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise and support Clinic/Program Managers, ensuring they have the tools and guidance necessary to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of Clinic/Program sites.
- Foster collaboration between clinics, programs, domains and departments, such as Behavioral Health, Facilities, and Administration, to streamline operations and support the delivery of participant services.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and communication to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Fleet Management & Operational Efficiency
- Oversee the management of the clinic fleet, including vehicles used for transportation and mobile services (e.g., Treatment in Motion), ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, utilized efficiently, and available to support operational needs.
- Continuously assess and improve administrative processes to ensure that clinic operations are efficient, responsive, and supportive of participant services.
Program Development & Expansion
- Lead the development and expansion of administrative programs, identifying opportunities for operational improvements and service enhancements. Ensure new programs are integrated into existing systems and aligned with ETS’ strategic goals.
