Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand the principals of cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating. Have a basic understanding of the relationship between the project controls functions estimating planning/scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Develop accurate and timely project schedule reviews and forecasts with the guidance from project manager
- Understand the basic concepts of cash flow as it relates to planning from a project schedule
- Collect and input accurate and timely data for schedule development and updates
- Understand the purpose and approach to document basis of schedule and assumptions
- Collect and input data to support project schedule activity actuals and forecasts
- Prepare and submit monthly invoices
- Manage invoicing on a CPFF contract
- Support proposal pricing efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional in a Project Control position, with experience supporting a government contractor
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
