LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach.</p> <p>The Construction Coordinator – 3rd Shift will</p> <ul> <li>Strong construction field coordination and project support skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of semiconductor construction environments.</li> <li>Ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.</li> <li>Strong understanding of construction field operations and work planning processes.</li> <li>Familiarity with inspections, testing activities, and quality assurance procedures.</li> <li>Experience supporting commissioning and turnover activities.</li> <li>Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve field-related issues.</li> <li>Strong organizational and documentation management skills.</li> <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.</li> <li>Familiarity with construction permitting processes and safety requirements.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li> <li>Proficiency with commissioning and project tracking software.</li> <li>Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.</li> </ul> <p>This role works closely with Project Managers, Area Superintendents, trade partners, quality teams, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders to facilitate effective field coordination and project delivery.
