MSP Program Director (Remote, US)

Mimecast is looking for a Managed Services Providers (MSP) Program Director who will redefine, shape, and deliver Mimecast’s Managed Services Partner programs for our partners as we build out our next generation MSP engagement lifecycle as part Mimecast Partner ONE partner program. This is a key leadership role in our ongoing transformation in reimagining, building, and scaling our partner ecosystem to further grow our customer base, geographic expansion in driving new growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive MSP partner program strategy that aligns with the Partner First company strategy.
• Responsible for the design, build and management of partner programs to support working in collaboration with the Partner Sales team.
• Develop Partner Program collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance overall partner experience and communicate to partners.
• Provide management of Partner Portal to create an engaging platform for partners to interact with Mimecast
• Work with partner operations/IT to implement the partner strategy, data/reporting, system workflows, and overall operational governance for the program.
• Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through roadmap
• Communicate Partner programs, strategies & events and updates internally to drive alignment throughout the business.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal and finance to continue to implement and grow partner programs and ensure alignment across the business.
• Build a team to effectively manage Partner programs, enablement, portal, comms & MDF/incentive management

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years demonstrated experience working with MSP partners.
• 5+ years in leading cross-functional high-performance teams
• Significant experience in the creation and execution of partner programs
• Prior experience in running Partner Programs, Partner Enablement, Partner Marketing and Partner Development in the services/IT space
• Demonstrable innovation
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Problem solver and self-motivated
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to conceptualize and sell ideas internally
• Innovation and the ability to gain consensus is necessary
• Able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate

The US base salary range for this position is $148,000- $222,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
