Job Description

  • Deliver laboratory induction training to all new joiners
  • Develop and deliver technical scientific training / training courses according to the needs of the different departments;
  • Collaborate with operational leads in developing / delivering new courses;
  • Provide support on training matters during audits and inspections
  • Communicate and escalate training updates to next management level as required
  • Ensuring that all training schedules are running as planed and taking proactive action to ensure same.
  • Perform training daily, face-to-face or virtual
  • Work side-by-side with current trainers to share training responsibilities and work load
  • Develop additional training curriculum and training resources to be utilized within the department in cooperation with current trainer
  • Report to management routinely on progress of new hires and maintain daily progress logs for each new hire

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in sciences or a teaching degree with experience in managing or teaching people
  • Training design and development experience a plus.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
