Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Sourcing & Supplier Management

Overview:
• Assist with managing team of buyers/analysts who provide regional sourcing support
• Assists with executing sourcing strategy, sourcing operations and supplier relations to reduce costs and risks while
improving value and supplier performance
• Assists with developing category and business unit and/or market strategies that enable spend management,
improve supplier performance and mitigates risk
• Assists sourcing operations by providing updates on market conditions, industry trends, product knowledge and
emerging supply options
• Performs the strategic sourcing process by analyzing spend, defining requirements, developing strategy,
authoring RFx's and negotiating contracts

Role:
• Experience working in a fast paced operations environment
• Experience managing suppliers to reduce costs and risks while improving value and efficiencies
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of supply chain principles, including spend management, supplier diversity,
supplier performance, and risk mitigation
• Experience engaging and participating in supply chain transformation efforts
• Experience managing components of larger projects
• Experience working with colleagues from other business units and markets
• Experience navigating the organization to find internal resources and tools
• Experience using data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel and Tableau, respectively)

• Advanced Coupa and Oracle experience preferred

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
