We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Front Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team. As a Restaurant Front Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests as they arrive and ensure they are seated promptly

- Manage reservations and waitlists

- Train and supervise front-of-house staff

- Ensure that the dining room is clean and organized

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is delivered to guests in a timely manner

- Manage cash and credit card transactions

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
