This role is a key part of the Human Resources Organization Project Management Office. You will be part of a team of project managers and analysts dedicated to supporting each of the Human Resources taxonomies. You will be managing projects, programs and initiatives for key Human Resources stakeholders and our regulatory partners in collaboration with Global Functions Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Human Resources Taxonomy Owners in area of program expertise to:
  • Managing execution plans to meet deliverables critical
  • Managing the monitoring of the performance of multiple programs of work
  • Managing the implementation of common PMO standards, reporting, and closure process across programs in accordance to the Citi Program Management Council
• Provide on-the-ground support to the Human Resources Taxonomy Owners to help execute the planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running the Initiative or portfolio of programs
• Manage the execution of change management process in the assigned projects and programs
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement
• Create reporting materials to enable stakeholders to understand the effort schedule and key milestones.
• Monitor and track execution of projects and programs and escalate program risks affecting delivery to the work effort stakeholders.
• Support adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery and leverage across the programs using the approved Citi SDLC and PTS
• Help the identification and resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work
• Collaborate with teams to action deliverables from reviews of each work efforts defined scope, target state, and success criteria to ensure it fully addresses the scope of work

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of progressive program/project management, consulting or technology experience preferred with the ability to create and manage large and complex projects using MS Project
• Minimum 5 Years of AGILE project management
• Specific subject matter expertise regarding Human Resources, governance and program management disciplines and a sound business understanding of the products and services Citi offers
• General understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions
• Track record of managing internal relationships and demonstrated experience in leading sustained change and change management efforts
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively problem solve
• Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at a variety of levels
• Proficiency in working in iCAPs/Citi’s Risk and Control platform, SharePoint and PTS 2.0 preferred
• Articulate and effective communicator
• Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests 
• Project Management Certification a plus
• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
