We are currently seeking a TEMP BPO Senior Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).
Front line member service representative assisting members with very sensitive and confidential information.
Utilizes critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management/concurrent review process, to facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing care coordination, support and education for members through the use of care management/concurrent review tools and resources. Will assist with discharge plans, and outreach to members, assist with Home Health/DME issues.
