Product and Delivery Specialist at Polestar Marin

Description

• Follow up with Sales clients to ensure they had an amazing experience
• Provide guests with a complete tutorial of the vehicle that they purchased
• Assist with product questions
• Ensure that controls work properly and train the customers on how to use them
• Assist Service clients with their vehicles and product questions
• Assist Service Advisors as needed
• Stock in Cars
• Perform Porter responsibilities
• Wash cars when needed
• Deliver paperwork
• Train co-workers on vehicle technology
• Reviewing CSI surveys and follow up with clients who have yet to complete them
• Other reasonable tasks as requested.

Requirements

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Extremely knowledgeable of the various vehicles that we sell
• Well organized, needs to follow up with customers after delivering vehicles
• Must be able to "train" customers on how to use the technology in their vehicles
• Must be adept with Social Media
• Must be a team player
• Must have a positive attitude
