HR Data Specialist
As a HR Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate input and processing of sensitive HR related data. Answering, managing and resolving issues in an expeditious and professional manner are also key aspects of this role. This position entails a high responsibility in terms of data compliance and privacy.
Your role:
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies between HRIS and payroll systems. Ensure all employee data is accurate within the Workday system.
- Provide timely responses to employee inquiries (1.5 business days average) using a case management system and assist other departments with their requests.
- Manage tasks such as Workday changes, compliance and reporting while actively participating in departmental projects, including acquisitions, and promptly handling other assigned duties.
- Validate and approve personnel changes in the HRIS system (Workday) within three business days, while creating and editing supervisory organizations and ensuring accurate management of job, salary, and personal data not interfaced between systems.
- Act as the expert on local HRIS, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance with Internal Control Standards (ICS) through accurate documentation and auditing. Collaborate with the global HRIS team on Workday system enhancements.
You're the right fit if:
- You have +2 years’ experience in Workday, data compliance, transactions, human resources, or an equivalent field of experience
- You've got a High School Diploma, o(r) Vocational Training or an equivalent level of education.
- You have had experience in Workday, ADP Global View and Microsoft Office. SAP HRIS is a plus.
- Your skills include persuasive and assertive communication, proactivity in problem solving and coordinating priorities to solve issues with all stakeholders.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an in office role.
