Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Office of Student Affairs and Belonging for the Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine by assisting visitors, helping with building tours, special events and other office related duties. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Assist with answering telephones, running errands on campus, assist with mailings and making copies.
Greet office guests, answer questions and direct to the proper individual(s).
Data entry into Excel.
Assist with campus tours as needed.
Other administrative duties or special projects as assigned.
Required QualificationsApplicant must possess FWS Award.
Must be available to work within the Office of Student Affairs and Belonging hours listed and/or after-hours special events.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional computer, phone and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
Ability to work well with others or independently.
Willingness to tackle new projects and ability to maintain professionalism, including punctuality and appearance.
