Senior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a highly creative and well-organized Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. • Design Excellence: Produce high-quality, visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital assets (social media graphics, email campaigns, website elements), print collateral (brochures, presentations), and advertisements as well as booth designs.

• Brand Stewardship: Champion and maintain the consistency of our company's visual identity and brand guidelines across all channels and materials, ensuring strong brand recognition and impact.

• Creative Innovation: Actively explore and integrate new design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our marketing materials fresh, engaging, and cutting-edge.

• AI Integration & Guidance: Identify, propose, and implement innovative ways to integrate AI tools and techniques into our design workflows to improve efficiency, creativity, and output. Provide clear instructions and best practices to the team on using AI effectively.

• Workflow Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline design processes and enhance productivity, proactively suggesting and implementing improvements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and other relevant teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.

• Project Management: Independently manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to brand standards, and exceptional quality.

• Mentorship & Support: Share your expertise with the team, offering constructive feedback and guidance on design best practices and AI applications, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies, particularly in the realm of AI, to ensure our design solutions remain competitive and relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of proven experience in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across digital and print mediums.

• Demonstrated understanding of AI's capabilities and its application in graphic design workflows, with a clear vision for improving processes through AI.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.

• Exceptional understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and user experience.

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly, receive feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• A proactive and independent problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership of projects.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
