Job Summary The Operations Associate role provides essential administrative assistance to the Campus Operations department. This position plays a key role in coordinating projects, maintaining institutional records, and improving workflow efficiency through process enhancements and communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Duties/Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Campus Operations department.
- Support the administrative needs of the departments reporting to the SVP for Operations & Institutional Effectiveness as needed.
- Support the execution of institutional projects and initiatives undertaken by the Campus Operations department.
- Coordinate communications between extension sites and campuses to optimize operational efficiency and collaboration.
- Continuously identify and recommend enhancements or automations to project workflows, fostering a culture of improvement and operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of all seminary contract agreements.
- Support the Seminary’s commercial auto policy by maintaining accurate records of drivers and vehicles.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- At least 3 years of operational or administrative experience.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
