Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Marketing and Care Transformation to identify and showcase the right customer champions at events, ensuring their stories and successes are featured in impactful ways.

  • Translate complex product capabilities into messaging that resonates with different personas — from financial decision-makers to clinical leaders.

Sales Partnership & Audience Targeting

  • Partner with Sales to understand target accounts and pipeline goals, designing programs that influence decision-making and accelerate opportunities.

  • Develop acquisition strategies that bring the right mix of executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders to each program.

  • Ensure seamless coordination with Sales for pre-event planning, on-site participation, and post-event follow-up.

  • Apply consistent planning frameworks that deliver flawless in-person and virtual experiences.

  • Identify and secure speaking opportunities for Ambience executives and customer champions at top-tier industry events.

  • Capture feedback from Sales and attendees to refine targeting, messaging, and design.

  • Continuously evolve event strategy by testing new formats, experiential concepts, and persona-based engagement approaches.
