NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Project Manager who speaks English and Spanish fluently to work remotely with our global client. 

Responsibilities:

• Project oversight including managing project plans, managing status updates, providing management presentations for steering and status meetings, managing budgets and resource allocations and managing risks and issues
• Accountable and responsible for having project deliverables and objectives executed and that the project is being managed in accordance with the Standard.
• Responsible for providing information to the Project Sponsor, Portfolio Manager and LOB PMO to help identify the condition of a project. This should include periodic reports capturing:
  • Significant Risks and issues impacting the project.
  • Financial standing related to budget.
  • Status against corresponding project plan representing all workstreams.
  • Decisions to be made by Sponsor or other Executive Steering forums and outcome.
• Responsible for leading cross-functional teams including workstream leads, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Testing Managers to develop and introduce the solution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Must have experience in Financial Services, Consumer and Business Banking, Operations, and/or Commercial Banking technology
• Experience with the following is a plus:
  • Working with testing team in ensuring the test cases are covering all requirements.
  • Back-office banking
  • Mid-level technology
  • Project Life Cycle
  • Digital Banking Technology (Online and Mobile Banking)
  • Consumer Lending Origination Platform (FICO)
  • Consumer Deposit Account Origination Platform (Temenos)
  • Core Banking (Partenon)
  • Salesforce and nCino
  • Payments (ACH, Wires - Swift and FedWire, Zelle, BillPay, Instant Payments)
  • Transaction Banking (Check issuance & collection, Lockbox, Item Processing, Cash Vault, Integrated Payables, H2H channels, Escrow, Commercial Cards)
  • Commercial Lending (AFS, Infolease, Rapport, North Shore, Stucky)
  • Dealer Lending (DataScan)
• Expertise with MS Project, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Visio, JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, MS Teams, Project Management Tools (Delivery Hub, or the equivalent).
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Location:

• Occasional travel to client site in Boston, MA.
