Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned QA Architect with expertise in automation testing, end-to-end testing, and QA strategy development. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, leveraging tools like Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, and SauceLabs. They will lead teams, manage offshore models, and provide technical guidance while ensuring deliverables meet client expectations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential, with a focus on driving innovation and adaptability in a dynamic environment

  • Architect-level expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Rest-Assured, with knowledge of design patterns and API testing.
  • Strong object-oriented programming, design principles, and QA metrics expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins) and automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end testing, security testing, and accessibility testing.
  • Experience developing and executing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, and SauceLabs.
  • Skilled in test planning, estimation, reporting, and producing deliverables such as test plans, cases, and reports.
  • Collaborate with Mobile, API, Data, and Client QA teams to create comprehensive test strategies.
  • Lead and manage multiple teams, including offshore models, while providing technical and architectural solutions.
  • Agile mindset with the flexibility to play multiple roles, learn new technologies, and coach/mentor junior staff.
  • Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards to drive client satisfaction.

 

  • 7-10 years of QA experience with application testing, including automation and mobile testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience delivering insurance domain projects.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies, technical document authoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, client collaboration, and consulting abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with flexibility to adapt to challenges.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Big 4 firms, ramping up large offshore QA programs.
  • Ideally NYC-based.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $ 81,978  to $ 178,090 . Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
