About the role
Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team to support US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J4 providing facility planning and management support for multiple USSPACECOM facilities.
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. What you will be doing:
- Manage work requests for maintenance and repair of existing facilities and assigned office space. Coordinate facility services provided by contractors such as pest control, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) cleaning and adjustment, minor office space repairs, etc.
- Escort contractors providing services such as pest control, HVAC cleaning, minor office space repairs, etc. and confirm the performance of facility services and corrections of the deficiencies.
- Recommend office layouts and office moves to support USSPACECOM operations. Serve as facility manager for Building 1, 1670 Newport, building 24, and 1110 Bayfield to manage work requests for maintenance, escort contracts providing facility maintenance services, and provide for office moves and reconfiguration services.
What you will need:
- Ability to analyze situations and make well informed recommendations
- Excellent communicator and effective team member
- Ability to present briefings, discuss and coordinate problems and recommend solutions
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- 5+ years of DoD facility management background and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
- Experience with scheduling and budgeting office moves and reconfiguration
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
