About this role: This position is responsible for the successful leadership and management of their team. You will provide oversight and direction for your team, playing an integral role in ensuring a positive client experience for those we serve and meeting the overall strategic goals of the organization by developing, mentoring, and training staff.

The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following counties: Marion. This position is year round including school breaks and provide services in a variety of settings - in the school, in the community, in an Adult & Child Health office building, in the family’s homes. Core working hours for Adult and Child Health are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M- F but this position does have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Supervise and lead your assigned staff by monitoring, observing, and evaluating their skills and abilities to provide quality client care.
• Provide a range of clinical/case management services to ensure clinical and contract compliance quality and positive client experiences.
• Manage staff resources to meet program delivery, ensuring human resource policies, procedures and practices are followed, and implement performance management process for all staff.
• Create a positive environment that promotes idea innovation, open communication, stability and build upon the strengths of staff.
• Ensure both current and new staff understand and perform at a level consistent with the expectations of their positions by setting clear expectations, mentoring, and developing staff while ensuring staff have and utilize the tools and equipment to do their job.

Requirements

• Master's degree and license eligible in Indiana - LMHC, LCSW, LCAC or LMFT.
• Three years directly related experience; management experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, flexible, ethical, and able to work independently while also working collaboratively on a larger team.
