Overview
The Marketing Manager position will lead companywide marketing, branding, and communication efforts. While being responsible for enriching the image of the organization through various marketing strategic plans and objectives. Come work for a growing leader in engineering services!
Responsibilities
Brand Development and Awareness
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications to protect and enhance the company's image.
- Responsible for evolving E2’s brand and website.
- Manages outside vendors and consultants as-needed including printers, graphic designers, and branding consultants.
- Lead efforts on strategically identified conferences including the preparation of exhibitor materials, planning client events, and capture planning with E2 attendees.
Proposals
- Work closely with E2’s Leadership Team to facilitate strategic go/no-go decisions, organize and produce exceptional proposals, statements of qualifications, presentation materials, and other marketing materials.
- Work with the lead and other team members to understand proposal planning, scheduling, requirements and timelines.
- Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal in coordination with proposal leaders.
- Rewrite, edit, and review proposal sections and related proposal documents as required.
- Attend meetings with the leaders to understand client needs to translate requirements into proposals.
- Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Work with the team to create compelling visuals for proposals as required.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the proposal content library including capability statements, past performances and responses, management plans, and other related proposal content.
Communications/Social Media
- Responsible for all aspects of digital marketing, internal and external communications including strategic communication strategy on contract wins, new hires, and promotions.
- Creating, reviewing, and modifying company promotional material for print and digital media.
- Responsible for social media engagement strategy. Developing and managing content strategies to engage target audiences, including posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Overseeing social media accounts and website to engage candidates, employees, and new/existing customers consistent with an organization’s brand.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating funds across different initiatives and ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Drive multiple projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment in an organized way
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive professional services marketing and proposal experience.
- Experience in the A/E/C industry, a plus
- Experience in managing a small team, required.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional ability to write, edit, design and proofread copy for proposals, presentations, and other related marketing collateral for A/E services, tailoring messages for different audiences and platforms
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple proposals and deadlines effectively.
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients in front of both small and large groups.
- Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
- Digital marketing expertise including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, proactive, and fearless.
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently. and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred.
