Aftersales Marketing Assistant

<p>Department: FCSD (Ford Customer Service Division) <br>Reporting to: Marketing Programs Supervisor</p> <p><br>We are seeking an <strong>Assistant FCSD Marketing</strong> who will wear two hats: Accessories Product Specialist and Marketing Assistant. You will play a crucial role in promoting our accessories portfolio, managing online catalogs, communicating news via the Dealer Portal, and supporting the roll-out of various FCSD marketing programs.</p> <p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>· Accessories Specialist: Maintain the Online Accessory Catalogue, review newsletters and videos, and actively promote accessories through campaigns, events, and Point of Sale (PoS) materials. Order accessories via SAP and answer dealer queries. <br>· Marketing Assistant: Translate and communicate relevant news on the Dealer Portal. Coordinate Ford LifeStyle (FLC) newsletters, promote merchandising, and brief national website updates. <br>· Provide helpdesk support for loyalty programs (PROTECT+ or ESPS) and the dealer technical recruitment program. <br>· Assist with digital and print PoS materials, localize E-learnings, and support sales &amp; service trainings and events. <br>· Act as a backup for the Ford App &amp; connectivity, and assist with local programs such as the winterkit program and Recytyre tax.</p>
