Summary of Job Duties:

The Director of Admissions for the School of Law will be responsible for acknowledging the submission of applications and receipt of other related documents and fees, reviewing files for missing material, data entry of prospective student information, student file maintenance, and preparation of related correspondence. The Director of Admissions in consultation with the Assistant Dean of Admissionsdevelops and implements strategies to meet enrollment goals, analyzes admissions data, trends, and market research to optimize recruitment efforts.

The Director of Admissions must have a willingness to travel to represent the law school at recruitment events, fairs, Pre-Law forums and virtual sessions. Other duties will include assisting in building relationships with Pre-Law advisors, alumni, undergraduate institutions and other stakeholders to attract a qualified applicant pool. The Director of Admissions assists in final decision making or recommendations to the admissions committee; managing admissions data (like LSAC platforms), collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective admissions materials, digital content, and communication strategies targeting prospective students.
