Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our IoT Product Management organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product operations and enhancing user experience for our IoT products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, operations, and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product operations for IoT products, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place for product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product operations and exceptional user experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve product performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, create detailed product roadmaps, and manage the product backlog.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and ensuring that the product meets their expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on user experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product operations and delivering high-quality products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IoT connectivity solutions including connectivity, fleet management and asset tracking
• Strong understanding of AT&T network technologies and BSS/OSS platforms
• Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.

Our Senior Product Management & Develop earn between $106,100 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
